The entrance is opposite St Mary's Lane from Hertingfordbury,
which is sign posted from the A414. The site is on a one-way road with
an exit onto the B158 opposite the Riverside Garden Centre. If you reach
the manor house, you've gone past the Site. It is on the right just before

Please park near to the Science Learning Centre (SLC). We advise you wear warm clothes and sturdy footware as you are likely to walk between the SLC and the observatory domes during your visit. There is disabled access to the SLC where the talks and planetarium shows are given, and there is access to our two largest telescope domes which house the Chris Kitchen and the Marsh Telescopes.
